I was born in Felizzano, in the province of Alessandria, and later lived in Novara, Canelli (AT), and Turin, where I still live.
I graduated in Pharmacy at the University of Turin and worked as a pharmacist until June 30th, 2006.
After completing suitable training, together with my husband Maurizio I created the company FarmaLeM, which deals with IT communication.
I cultivate many interests and activities, including writing (poetry and short stories), drawing, painting, reading, and music.
I love Occitan dances, which I learned in 2000 at the FolkClub in Turin by attending the courses of Franco Lucà and Daniela Mandrile. For many years I was part of the FolkClub volunteer group.
For my personal growth, I attended the Enjoy Formazione courses “Public Speaking with Charisma,” “The Secrets of Charisma,” and “The Secret Language of the Body,” led by Dr. Golia Pezzulla, and “Discover Your Talents,” led by Dr. Alberta Cuoghi.
I am passionate about singing and studied modern vocals for two years with Sabrina Pallini.
For many years I sang in the FolkClub’s traditional singing choir directed by Franco Lucà and later in the choirs VocIMundi, Vocal eXcess, and in the group Achtung Banditen.
Since January 2024 I have been singing in the Asai choir directed by Maestro Marco Ravizza, and since April 2025 in the Coro Polifonico Popular Song directed by Maestro Daniele Longo.
In April 2008 I published the book “Risate in pillole” ("Laughter in Pills"), which collects the strangest and funniest requests received during 27 years of work in a pharmacy. All proceeds were donated to APISTOM (Piedmontese Association of Incontinent and Ostomized Patients).
Many of my poems have been included in anthologies and collections by various publishers:
• Antologia di poeti e scrittori, published by Magma (2008)
• Anthology Notte. I grandi temi della poesia, Giulio Perrone Editore (2008)
• Haiku a gonfie vele verso l'Elba (International Festival “Le Voci della Poesia 2008”)
• Anthology of the IX National Poetry Prize Parole Sparse (2010)
• La maschera, published by Poesiaèrivoluzione (2011)
• Anthology Guido Zucchi 2012
One of my short stories was published in the anthology “Sono tutto ciò che vedi attraverso i tuoi occhi” by ARPANet (2011).
In April 2009 I published my first poetry collection: “Rallenta il passo” (Parole Sparse Edizioni).
In the same month, some of my Numerical Poems were exhibited at PAN – Palazzo delle Arti di Napoli, as part of the exhibition “Poesia/Ultimo taglio” by Neapolitan artist Lello Masucci, and were included in an installation in Piazza S. Maria la Nova on May 25th, 2009, in video connection with e-poetry in Barcelona.
In July 2009 I was invited to participate with poems and drawings in “Movida 2009 – V Edizione” in Cerreto Sannita (BN), an event combining celebration with advocacy for the protection of life, dedicated to workplace fatalities, thus promoting the values of legality and labor.
My poems were presented along a poetic path dedicated to them, “Poetry trip”.
My drawings were exhibited in “Non baciamo le mani – artisti contro mostra”, and in the group art exhibition “In fantasia” done by the artist Antonio Lavorgna.
The same exhibition was later set up in Cusano Mutri (BN) for the first edition of the “Cusano Talk Festival”, inaugurated on July 31st, 2009, at the Villa Comunale and featuring events on the theme “Electronic Democracy: Virtual Resistance,” held throughout August 2009.
In April 2010 I published my second poetry collection: “Pensieri in ascolto”.
In 2011 my collaboration with musician Massimiliano Santiglia began. In May and December he provided the musical accompaniment for the presentations of “Pensieri in ascolto”.
Professor Paolo Bobbio of I.C. C. Pavese in S. Stefano Belbo, who attended these events, invited us to develop the project “Ali . poesia . musica . immagini” with the school.
In this project, my poetic texts and the students’ comments and paraphrases accompanied the music and songs of Massimiliano Santiglia. We created various performances, which resulted in a DVD and a book.
In May 2012 we published the book “Crisalide”, already part of the project and containing many works by the students, and in November the book “Ali . Poesia . Musica . Immagini” with the attached DVD was released, the outcome of the collaboration on the project.
In 2014 I produced the e-book version and published it on iTunes, Amazon, and Lulu.
On June 25th, 2015, we were both guests on “A busta chiusa” on Susa Onda Radio and simultaneously on Web Radio 63. Hosts Roberta and Danadio Grande interviewed us about the project “Ali . poesia . musica . immagini”.
In October 2012 I took part with some poems in “Mai più complici”, an event organized in Piazza Castello in Turin by “Se non ora quando”, against violence against women.
In May 2020 I created and published on YouTube a Meditative Drawing Course.
In March 2020 and November 2021 I submitted two short poems to the column “La Bottega della Poesia,” curated by Gian Luca Favetto for La Repubblica, which published them.
The first, titled “Dopo”, is dedicated to the lockdown experienced that year due to Covid-19.
The second, “A ben guardare”, reflects on what is truly important in life.
In December 2022 I was invited to participate in Poy Art by Antonio Lavorgna, Artistic Director of the event dedicated to revitalizing the Abruzzese village of Poggetello (AQ).
During Poy Art, held in August 2023, a permanent totem was installed featuring my poem “Poggetello”, and a path of twenty of my nature-themed poems, accompanied by my drawings, was created. See the Poy Art Program.
From October 7th to 13th, 2023, as part of the 19th Contemporary Art Day, I participated with two of my works in the online exhibition “The Future of Museums” curated by artist Antonio Lavorgna on his website. In this 3D gallery he presented a series of digital works spanning various artistic disciplines, including poetry, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), deforum stable diffusion, photography, painting, and sculpture.
Since 2024 I have been dedicating myself to drawing on stone and on other materials.
From drawing on stone my new project “Litometamorfosi” was born, which also includes the creation of dedicated photographs and the publication of a poetry collection.
In 2025, I entrusted Daniela Lammoglia with an outline I had written years earlier, centred on the adventures of Bip, the Bipolar Bear. Daniela developed the plot in great depth and wrote the book "Bip, l'Orso Bipolare – Un viaggio per salvare la Terra", published by LFA Publisher on 24 June 2026.
The book has been translated into English and will be launched in October 2026 in Longyearbyen, on the Svalbard Islands, and in Frankfurt as part of the 2026 Frankfurter Buchmesse.
